Almost a decade ago, after much pain in my love life, I asked myself: 

"Why is love so hard for so many people?"

and answering that question is still guiding me deep down the rabbit holes of psychology, spirituality, and healing.

While I've definitely found answers, the learning never stops. And as I continue to learn, I figured it would be fun to bring you along with!

Each month, we pick a new book to read together and discuss in a private group.

Each month we have a live convo discussing the book and I give my official review on YouTube.
